10. Gift Vouchers

Expiry Date: Vouchers are valid for a period of 12 months from the date of purchase and cannot be redeemed after the expiry date.

Suitability: Please note the treatment room is upstairs, so a gift voucher may not be suitable for all clients. 

Lost or stolen vouchers: Lost, stolen or destroyed gift vouchers will not be exchanged or refunded.

Refunds: Vouchers are non-refundable other than within the 14 day cancellation period as per the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013. 

 

Client Form: All new clients are required to complete an online client form for a treatment to go ahead. Failure to complete the form will result in the appointment being cancelled.

Cancellation Policy: When booking a treatment appointment, please read and note the following cancellation policy. As a courtesy please give at least 48 hours notice if you need to cancel or change an appointment. Please note there is a cancellation fee of 50% if the appointment is cancelled within 24 hours. Missed appointments will be charged at 100% of the treatment price. Please note this cancellation policy also applies to bookings made when redeeming one of my treatment vouchers. If you are using a treatment voucher you can either pay the fee via bank transfer, or I can deduct the fee from your voucher total.
