She starts with a consulatation, which is a nice touch as it’s an opportunity to talk over any particular points that you would like focus on. The studio is very ambient and feels calming as soon as you walk in. The massages themselves were incredible. I most recently had an indian head message and felt like I was literally floating on a cloud- Sarah is very attentive and kneaded all of my knots out with the perfect pressure, paying close attention to my more tense areas!
