• No returns except for faulty or damaged items/products 

• Only products purchased on the www.beautopiasw.co.uk website can be returned to Beautopia for a refund or an exchange. Products purchased elsewhere must be returned to their original place of purchase.

• Delivery charge is non-refundable. All Products must be returned to: Beautopia, The Old Forge, Audley End Business Centre, Wendens Ambo, Essex, CB11 4JL. You are responsible for the shipping costs incurred when sending the Products back to Beautopia. 

• Should a Product be damaged while it is being shipped to you, Beautopia will provide you with a full refund or exchange. Return postage will be refunded in case of damaged, Products and a refund will be issued through the method used for payment.

• In all cases, original proof of purchase must be provided and products must be returned within 5 days of receipt for Beautopia to process any refund or exchange. Please email hello@beautopiasw.co.uk in advance of your intention to return or exchange a product, to help us assist you with a smooth transaction.

• Please retain your postal receipt until you are certain your parcel has been safely received by Beautopia. We may need to see this if we fail to receive your package.

• We will do our best to process returns within 10 working days of receipt and a refund will be issued through the original method used for payment.

What Are My Delivery Options?

All orders are processed and shipped within 3-4 days of purchase on the next available business day.

No deliveries are made on Sunday.

How Much Does Delivery Cost?

Delivery costs: £5 flat rate per order.

We are currently offering free UK delivery on all orders with a minimum spend of £50.00.
